At Indo Appliances, we stand behind the quality of our home solutions; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused appliance within 30 days of delivery. We aim to make the return process as seamless as possible to ensure your home remains functional and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the appliance you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Appliance

  Ensure the product is in its original condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, cords, and accessories.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large appliances, our logistics team will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a professional curbside pickup, while smaller items can be dropped off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
